Fernley Park is located on the east end of the city. The perfect place for a game of frisbee, a picnic, or taking the dog for a nice long walk. Rumors have it some bigger animals reside in the park, but only a few have seen them, and only at night.
The park has many trails throughout it, the sidewalk looping around the outskirts and all throughout. Occasionally you'll see musicians set up or other entertainers while taking your strolls.
The park is tidy and clean, and always well maintained.
In the center of the park is a beautiful little pond. There are usually ducks and geese roaming around, but for the most part the waters pretty clean, and infested with minnows and large koi.
