History:
Cassidy Merryweather was just a regular girl from the Big Apple, living a normal life and taking college classes without studying any major in particular. Her life was simple and she liked it that way. One day, running late to a picketing in the city, she had been running down the street trying to catch a cab when she ran into a perfectly good stranger who was knocked into a hot dog cart man and getting his perfectly pressed clothes stained with mustard. That's when her world took a turn for the better.
The stranger was a boy she could do without knowing, a rich upper class kid born with a silver spoon in his mouth. It seemed like fate had drawn them together, because she ran in him again and again.
A month passed and this boy who went by the name of Carter and her started to loathe each other less and form a bond. They had their ups and their downs, a very rocky past which Cassidy tries to forget ever happened that resulted in the two of them falling in love.
During a spontaneous vacation to Europe and a troubled past left back in the states, the two had decided to get married and later found out that Cassidy was pregnant with what would be the most beautiful baby girl in Cassidy's entire Universe. The baby, who the couple named Lillian Merryweather, was the light of Cass' life.
The couple had ended up back in New York, where Lillian was born, but they found their troubles kept coming back repeatedly. After multiple attempts to start over, the family moved out of New York and decided to try for a fresh start where they knew no one from their past would come after them. They moved to Scriptor Bay, Oregon since it seemed the typical boring city. It was smaller than New York City, but it was still a city and had that environment that the couple were so used to.
Cassidy now runs The Lily Pad, a fashion store that is named after her daughter who is six months old now. The store holds her own designs and although it may not be the busiest store on Peanut Street, it brings in a steady flow of cash and they have a very comfortable living as one happy family.
