Features: If you’d ask Ella to describe her physical appearance, she’d probably laugh and tell you: 100% eyebrows. Being the only non-delicate feature on her face, they tend to stand out against her button nose, doe eyes and pouty lips. Her skin is extremely pale and contrasts with her dark eyes and long, brown locks. Stature-wise she stands a mere five feet, three inches and has little to no bulk on her tiny frame.
Sexual Preferenc:Straight.
Ethnicity: Caucasian.
Marks/Tattoos/Visible Scars: Ella has realistic cherry blossoms on the inside of her forearms.
Flaws/Weaknesses: Ella is very quick to judge people. She will glance at a stranger on the street and automatically assume that she knows exactly the type of person they are. Sometimes this keeps her from making friends and unfortunately has aided in the creation of enemies. She is also vulnerable in that she is very weak and would lose any battle that relied on brawn.
Skills/Strengths: Since she would lose a fight instantaneously if it came down to brute strength, Ella uses her smarts to make all of her movement tactful. Not only does she find it relatively easy to avoid taking a hit, but she does her best to use her opponent’s momentum against them. Ella is also a very empathetic person, which, once again paired with her excellent brain, allows her to be an impressive mediator.

Other Information: Ella owns a small apartment building in one of the more busy parts of town. It’s three floors: The first floor, she uses to sell what she cooks. The store is called ‘Bird Food’ and has a sort of hipster atmosphere to it. The second story is a vacant apartment if anyone is looking for a place to stay. The third floor is her own home, and it’s connected to a roof top garden where she grows some of her produce.
History:
Growing up, Ella didn’t get out much. Her parents owned a pretty large piece of land where it was normal to see people soaring through the air to get from place to place. Ma and Pa doted on their only daughter and took great pleasure in embarrassing her in front of their friends and family. Their personal favorite joke was calling her Blue when she got moody. (Even Avisailles go through the angsty puberty years.) The joke was hilarious to her parents, who thought they were oh-so-clever, making references to the blue skin around the Bali Mynah’s eyes—which of course is the bird that Ella’s wings resemble.
Anyway, this was the life that Ella became accustomed to. People had wings. That was that. Of course people talked about the human’s and the other species, but it wasn’t until after she learned to fly that she’d ever encounter any of them. At that point, her parents deemed her ready to see the rest of the world, and they decided to move into town. They rented a small flat, where she was still home schooled, but would go out and get accustomed to the fact that not everyone was like her. Also that her wings, which her parents had told her were beautiful, were not something that could be shared outside of their four walls. And so, she was introduced to the dreaded harness.
Ella remained in town, while taking trips back to her childhood home until it was time for her to take her ten year leave. Her parents waved their daughter off tearily, knowing it would be quite a while before they saw her again. During that period, she wrote to them nearly every day while she travelled and learned. Math, English, science, and everything else was sucked up into her head with ease, and she loved every bit of knowledge she picked up. More than anything though, she loved studying people, and she began to see that as her main focus. People were complicated. More complicated than any bit of math or English could be, and she intended to do her best to understand them.
After her ten years, Ella came home as quite a perceptive woman. With her leave finished, she finally felt like she’d grown into a sort of final version of herself. She’d come home a vegan, a part time nudist (on her own time, of course) a potential business woman, and a gardener. Also a pretty good free therapist.
Now, she owns her organic, vegan deli called ‘Bird Food’ and happens to be looking for a potential tenant for her middle floor apartment. Any takers?
