"But, you'll lose."
He pulled himself up to his feet and stood there while she stuck a few more toys around the two sex dolls. "I don't doubt it. No, I don't skateboard. But you look like someone who would have enjoyed it at some point. But tonight is a night of trying new things I would say." Sebastian reached for a box and opened it up, discarding the box to the floor he pulled out a gag ball and put it over J-Ho's mouth. Their display was definitely a sight to see.
When the display looked complete he started to walk towards the front of the store to wait for the girl. He pulled the scarf off his neck and reached for a shirt off of one of the shelves. It was grey and when he pulled it on over his head it hung a little loose. He could have gone for a size smaller not that it mattered. The front of the shirt had a retro looking man smiling and giving a thumbs up while it read "Fuck the Police!" across it.
Although he had a shirt on depending on how he stood his spine could still be seen through the thin fabric. That was why he usually wore a jacket when he went out in public. When they were ready to go he slid the gate down but couldn't lock it back up since he'd stripped the locking mechanism when he'd opened it. Which was exactly what he was going to do when they got to the skating store.

"...But you look like someone who would have enjoyed it at some point. But tonight is a night of trying new things I would say."
She cocked a brow at his statement. She looked like a skater to him? She looked down at herself and she could see why he probably thought that. The way she was dressed this evening was definitely skaterish, but it would have been social suicide if she'd touched a board in high school, and when she came to the city it wasn't something she had been interested in. There were plenty of cute skater boys in school, but being a cheerleader and in the elite crowd prevented her from ever really getting to know any of them. They all seemed dirty and high most of the time, anyway.
When they finished decorating, Aly stepped back and admired their work. It looked, well, phenomenal! "They're going to shit their pants when they get in tomorrow." She said softly, more to herself with a chuckle and turned just in time to see Sebastian slide a shirt over his head. "Fuck the Police?" She asked, grabbing her sweatshirt as they left the store. "Wow." The girl shook her head and made her way towards the skate store that Sebastian had mentioned.
While she walked she turned, walking backwards and looking at the man she was with. Tonight was definitely a night to be trying new things. Breaking and entering, quite literally, was top of the list. Shoplifting was another, though this she had done plenty as a youth but not in a very long time. Making out with the man who kidnapped you, and not hating it was certainly a huge one, as was proceeding to lick edible paint from his face.
He still had some of the candy on him, and she could feel the stick paint on herself as well, dried and from the way it felt, smeared a little. Her hands slid in her pockets as she watched him, careful not to fall on her ass.
"You're going to bust your ass." She teased with a playful smirk. "It's not as easy as it looks, you know.. skateboarding." She spun around and waited at the gate for him to rip it open, rolling her eyes at him once more when his task was finished. "Show off." she muttered as she passed him and looked at the inline skates. "I'd say put on a helmet, but, well, you were shot last night and now you're fine, so, whatever." She shrugged and grabbed some skates. "Ready?"

"You're going to bust your ass."
Sebastian just smirked at her. She was so talkative tonight, making her quirky remarks here and there. Even had something to say about the shirt he was now wearing. He'd just grabbed the first that he'd found and that happened to be it. "A helmet isn't necessary when you have a head as hard as mine." He pretended to knock on it with his knuckle but then he had to open the gate.
After snapping the locking mechanism Alyson piped up again calling him a show off. He shook his head at her and followed her into the store. He had never actually attempted skating before, whether it be roller skating or skate boarding. He wasn't into those sort of things when he was young. He chose to spend his time torturing other children at night until they stopped coming out at night for him to torture. Then he'd gone on to adults. There wasn't much of a childhood for a gargoyle.
"You're fascinated with me being fine, aren't you?" He asked her and cocked a brow in her direction before he brushed past to head over to the rack that had skateboards on three sides of it in the middle of the store.
"And skateboarding can't be that hard." He watched teenagers do it all the time. They made it look simple enough. He picked one that had a deep maroon design on the bottom of swirls that transformed into snakes going into the eyes of a skull, mixing with a royal blue. It looked dark and interesting enough so he pulled it off the wire rack and dropped it on the ground loudly. He'd prove to her just how easy skateboarding could be.
He stepped onto the middle of the board and then put his other foot near the end where it curled up. But his balance wasn't as good as he thought it was going to be and he began to wobble, his arms going out to the sides as he flapped them a bit as if that would sturdy him. He hadn't even moved yet, and when he tried to get off the skateboard it rolled backwards while he was sent forward into a rack of cargo shorts.

"A helmet isn't necessary when you have a head as hard as mine." Alyson raised another brow, smirking slightly. "You? Hard headed?" She knew he hadn't meant it that way, but she couldn't resist the taunt. He had left her wide open!
When he asked if she was fascinated with him being fine she cocked a brow and rolled her eyes, giving him an incredulous look. "I wouldn't say fascinated." She countered and sat down, strapping the skates onto her feet. It had been a long time since she had skated and they felt awkward at first, but it took all but a minute for it to feel comfortable.
"And skateboarding can't be that hard." She offered a shrug, getting to her feet and taking a few small skating steps. It was like getting back on a bike, something else she hadn't done in a while. Skateboarding was hard. She had tried it once and only once when a neighbor asked her, but she knew there was no way of convincing Sebastian.
He soon proved her right. She watched the whole thing unfold like a movie; he got on, he tried to skate, he lost balance, tried to regain balance, and fell into a rack. She covered her mouth, trying to stifle a laugh and skated over towards him.
"Nice fall." She teased, trying to steady him. "I'd ask if you're fine, but... well, I guess I don't care." It was said playfully, a small grin on her face. "Can I say I told you so yet?"

He actually had to use Alyson's arm to help steady himself and then glared after the skateboard that had been stopped by the leg of a bench. Apparently skateboarding wasn't as easy as it looked but he wasn't ready to give up just yet. Sebastian looked down at the girl and shook his head at her. He knew it was funny. He would have laughed if it had been her. And for some reason he didn't get angry with her. He'd never actually been put in a humiliating situation where someone had laughed in such a long time and because it was her doing the laughing he was fine. It it had been someone else he probably would have ripped their tongue out. Nothing was funny when you didn't have a tongue.
His eyes moved down to see the skates on her feet and realized that he could have a lot of fun with her on those. He could give her one real good push and send her rolling away. Instead he just let go of her arm and made his way to the skateboard, this time just picking it up to carry it. That's when he realized his new shirt that he'd never wear again because it was tacky was sticking to his chest. He looked down and noticed how just a little patch of the fabric was stuck to him. It was obviously the sticky body paint. They both still had it on their faces and it made them look like a wild mess.
And yet, it was fun.
"No, you cannot say you told me so just yet. Clearly I don't have beginner's luck but I am a fast learner." He mentioned to her and with his free hand he reached for hers so he could drag her along with him out of the store. Or roll, if she let him.
When he was outside of the store on the smooth tiled floor he looked both ways. Smack dab in the middle of the mall there was a fountain. And every few feet there was some kind of shrubbery down the strip of the mall. As if it made for a nice piece of scenery. It was more of an inconvenience when the mall was crowded and people were trying to walk but had to move around it. There were also ramps near steps that went to upper levels. The ramps he assumed would be a lot of fun and would help them pick up speed. As long as he could stand on the skateboard he'd be fine. He'd just use the ramp to get him to go.

"No, you cannot say you told me so just yet. Clearly I don't have beginner's luck but I am a fast learner." She smiled and shook her head.
"I was riiiight.." She sang softly as he pulled her from the store and continued practicing out in the main mall area. It had taken some time but he did eventually start to get it, and the two of them skated around the mall. Every time he fell she cringed a little, but it never seemed to phase him. When she landed on her ass he had been quick to help her up, but unlike him she felt bruised a little. Rubbing her own ass she decided that maybe skate time was over, and luckily Sebastian agreed.
The time flew by after that. The pair had raided the food court again, done more shopping, and all around continued to have a good time. Alyson was a little surprised at how easy it was to keep his company when they were both in decent moods. They laughed, teased, and now and then made sexual references to one another. The evening was fun and laid back, and the shopping? Well, they had more bags than they could really leave with. They had tried everything on from prom dresses and tuxedo's to bathing suits. The yellow speedo had secretly been Alyson's favorite. It looked both ridiculous and sexy on him. He had been a fan of ruffled, black lacy bikini. They had even taken a swim in the fountain, which was probably dirty, but it had been fun to splash around.
The more they shopping, the more tired she became and soon she was a walking zombie. It was too late for her, and it had seemed she had worn her companion out as well. He broke into the sleep number bed store and the pair had fun testing out the neat beds. Their numbers were completely different it seemed, too!
The beds were comfortable, and Alyson found her easily slipping into a restful sleep, at first facing away from Sebastian, who had laid beside her, but in her sleep she had curled closer to him and ended up draped over him like a blanket.
She couldn't have been out for more than an hour or two when she woke suddenly, looking around the dark store groggily. Had they fallen asleep in the deserted mall? She popped her head up and realized quickly she was all over her captor, and blushing fiercely she pulled herself off, which seemed to arouse him from his sleep.
"We fell asleep.." She said in a soft, tired voice. She was clearly still exhausted and slumped down, her face in the pillow, yawning. "The mall's probably going to open soon.. I guess we should go."

After all the falls, fashion shows, and a rather disgusting swim in the fountain, even Sebastian had found himself worn out. He wasn't as young as he once was and although he usually pulled all-nighters in clubs he wasn't constantly actively doing anything. Normally he'd pull up a seat at the bar and watch the women dance then occasionally step in just long enough to guide them off the dance floor after a quick song.
When they collided onto the sleep number beds and messed with the numbers it must have gotten them so relaxed that they'd fallen asleep. When he was stirred away it was because he felt a cool breeze where he was once warm. He could still feel the warmth of Alyson's body when she'd slept against him. And a part of him had to admit that he enjoyed the short nap.
"The mall's probably going to open soon.. I guess we should go."
He was still rubbing his eyes trying to jolt himself awake when his internal clock made him jolt upright in surprise. "Shit!" Sebastian hissed, his eyes wide and almost in a panic as he pushed himself off of the mattress and began gathering up bags. "Come on!" He snapped at her trying to get her to hurry along more than out of anger. He could sense the pending sunrise that would be upon them soon. He was pretty sure that it was already getting lighter outside which meant that he probably wasn't going to have enough time to get them home. Shit!
Even if he were to run he wouldn't get home in time himself. The mall wasn't exactly close to home and it wasn't even him that he was worried about. His eyes scanned around to see where the exits were and where the maintenance stairway would be. He wasn't his cool self anymore but what seemed to be just a pile of nerves. How was he going to get her home? Was he going to have to -- no. He couldn't do that. But then he didn't have much of a choice, did he?!
"Wait here." He demanded and gave Alyson a stern look as he took all of the bags and headed towards the "mall employees only" hall, where he set down all of the bags. He'd just scoop them up and go up to the roof, ready for the sun. Nobody would suspect a thing. As far as he knew nobody needed to go up onto the roof.
Once the bags were set down carefully with all the handles up so he'd be able to just scoop them up he made his way back to Alyson and his hands found their way to her shoulders. Clamping down on her shoulders lightly he looked down at her, trying not to seem too out of it. It was so close to daylight and he was running out of time. That was recklessness on his part and he was probably going to end up paying for it.
"I'm putting a lot of trust in you." He moved his right hand up to stroke the side of her face. She still had a bit of faded body paint on her cheek and he liked it so he was careful not to rub that away. "I'm going to allow you a day.. free to do what you wish." Sebastian had never been so hesitant about anything in his entire life. He hoped he wouldn't regret this. He wasn't going to try and instill fear into her with the redundant threat that her family and friends would be in danger if she did anything stupid.
"I can't get us back before the sun comes up. But I expect you back home when the sun goes down." He tried to make his words come out soft and relaxed but there was a bit of strain in his voice. What if this was the last he'd see of her? Would she run, hop a plane and go back to Texas? If that were the case he didn't think he'd put too much effort in chasing after her. So he felt himself growing sad, almost as if he were going to lose her because of his own fuck up. He moved to the mall's exit doors and made sure that they would open for her before coming back to her once more.
He didn't want her to ask questions. Sebastian made it pretty clear that he was offering her a free pass for just this one day. Then he wrapped a hand around to the back of her neck and the other around her waist and with both hands simultaneously drew her close to him so his lips could press against hers. There was no telling what she'd do but he didn't allow the kiss to last long and was soon pulling away from her.
Without another look in her direction he turned and made his way back towards the employee hall and scooped up the bags into his arms. He didn't even want to look back to see if he'd made a mistake. Would she go to the cops? Would she hide in her apartment, run away, or would she come back when the sun went down? There was no telling as he grew angry with himself.
Moving down the hall he found the locked door with the stairway picture on it. He was careful to break it without leaving any natural marks and then up the stairs he went.
Permission to power play from Alyson!
[I'm leaving it a bit open for you.. she can leave or she can follow him. That's up to you.]

"Shit! Come on!" He was frantic and Alyson wasn't sure what was going on. Why was he so panicked? Surely he didn't care if the guards found them, did he? She had watched him taken on three men with guns, some mall security certainly wouldn't be a problem. Then why did he look so anxiety stricken? "Wait here." He demanded and, giving her a look that said he meant it and she obeyed, lips parted and feeling unsure. Were they in trouble? Maybe he feared someone recognizing her? Was there something she hadn't thought of? The mall would be opening, which meant the sun was going to be up. He was never around when it was daylight out. What happened to him in the day? She watched him gather the things they had bought and stolen throughout the evening, staying put and trying to think of a rational explanation for it all. He wasn't a vampire.. she'd seen him ea and he wasn't interested in her blood. Then what was he? None of it made sense! Everything seemed to be happening so quickly. He was back in front of her, his hands on her shoulders. She saw the mild terror in his eyes. "I'm putting a lot of trust in you." She gulped, her heart pounding as he stroked her cheek so delicately. Was this really the same man who threatened her life only thirty some hours ago? "I'm going to allow you a day.. free to do what you wish." She gawked at him. A free day? To do whatever? She wondered if she was still in the bed, but he continued talking explaining that he expected her home by sundown. Home. No, it wasn't her home, it was his. It was her prison. She gulped and just stared, confused by the revelation she would have a day. Did his rule apply? That he would harm everyone she knew if she didn't come back? Did she even remember where he lived? They were fancy condos, she knew that. If she saw them she would recognize them. She thought.. Before she could truly think about it he was pulling her to him and his lips were on hers. She was so surprised by the gesture she couldn't fight it or accept it. she simply allowed it to happen her body tense with surprise from the hazy realization of what was happening. He was pulling away before she could decide how to react and was moving towards the hallway their things were lined up in. She watched, floored as he disappeared, leaving her alone. What on earth was she supposed to do? What could she do? She didn't have his address. She didn't have a phone or money or a credit card.. she didn't have the keys to her own apartment, even! She was completely helpless, stranded in a mall with body paint on her face, wearing stolen goods. What options did she have? Should she go to the police? Deep down she knew she should. Who knew how long he intended to keep her, and who knew if he intended t kill her when he was through. She slipped the hoody on that she had, zipping it up and pulling the hood over her telltale curls, not having made a decision yet. Her parents were probably worried. She knew the police were looking for her, the cop last night had recognized her after all. Who could she possibly turn to for help? Aly bit her lip and hit among the bushes near the fountain, figuring she could escape when the mall was open. They were on Peanut Street which meant she had a friend nearby; her boss.
