Sebastian had never felt more rested or in a greater mood than he did that night. The previous night he'd been shot. Twice. Alyson had stared death in the face three different times as well and it was topped off by a night of healing and sleeping. But when morning came Sebastian was out in the living room and stone cold. At least until night fell once more. He hadn't wasted any time unlocking the door to where Alyson was holed up, hoping that she would be ready as he had instructed her to be. He'd gone straight to the closet, grabbed himself some clean clothes and changed right there in the middle of the room. He looked nice in black pants, a dark shirt and a jacket to top it off.
When he got confirmation that Alyson was ready to go they set off into the night. He'd gotten them a cab, figuring having some foreigner drive them to their destination was better than them taking a stroll down the street this time. It wasn't twenty minutes later that they stepped out of the cab in front of Scriptor Bay's own mall. They had many things to buy and he figured the likelihood of her being spotted at the mall at night wasn't likely. And if someone did recognize her then they'd deal with it as it came.
The first store he decided to go to was the book store since she had said she wanted to learn to play the piano. Not to mention she liked to read and he figured getting her books would make for a nice past time during the long days. Sebastian had been going down random aisles scoping out the different books that they had. He didn't have time to read himself since all of his time out of his stone prison were spent with the blonde. There were only so many hours in the night. He could always read something after she'd gone to sleep for the night since she seemed to always fall asleep before the night came to an end. Not that he cared. It gave him time to shop and get her food for the following day.
He came around a corner into the aisle that Alyson was in, holding a book in his hand. He'd allowed her to roam around the store without him breathing down her neck. He figured she'd earned herself a little bit of space and it wasn't as if he couldn't very well find her. He had regained his strength back and although he still had a bit of scabbing from the gunshot wounds, he'd made a miraculous recovery. Or at least that's what he told Alyson. "What about this one? 365 karma sutra positions. One for every day of the year." He told her and raised his brows at her playfully. Naturally he was only teasing but he wanted to see her reaction to it.
He came up right behind her and reached over her shoulder to set the book down on top of a stack of other books. He didn't need to get that book. Sebastian didn't need any help in his sex life. After he set the book down he kept his arm out, trying to see just how long it would take before she would try to move away from him. But then something else caught his interest and he turned away from her.
"You know if you're serious about learning the piano then I suggest you start with the basics." He plucked Learning The Basics to the Piano out from a lineup of different instructional books and held it by the spine letting it fall open in his hand. He flipped through the pages but then gave a look of disgust, shook his head and put it back. Maybe she should just get something like Piano for Dummies instead. Then again those books seemed pointless to him.
"So tell me. What's your genre of choice? Sci-fi? Horror? Suspense? Romance?" When he asked if she liked the romance genre he turned to her again and flicked her blonde curls with his fingers before leaning into the shelves of books right beside her and looking down.
"We have more stores after this. So I suggest you start handing them over soon so we can move on. I was thinking of getting a new mirror for the bathroom. You must hate that you can't see how nice you look." And with that he played with her hair once more, flipping a curl over her shoulder and grinning down at her with a sly look in his grey eyes.

By the time Alyson woke up the next day, it had, for the most part, dwindled. She couldn't believe the time when her eyes finally willed themselves to open; six. In the evening. She reminded herself she had gone to bed extremely late, close to five, but to have slept for some thirteen hours straight? It made some amount of sense considering the previous evenings agenda, but it shocked her still. She had nearly died three times and had been saved three times. by him.
Alyson flushed at the mere thought of him and their entire conversation they had right before she fell asleep. The spot beside her in the bed was empty, and she felt a strange mixture of relief and disappointment.
"Eventually.." The word rang sharp in her mind when she realized what she would agree to do with him eventually. Her hands flew to her face, covering it and she was shaking her head. What was wrong with her? It had been a long, confusing night.
When Alyson sat up, her stomach gave an angry growl, screaming at her for ignoring it for so long. She was ravenous, to say the least. She found the cheese and crackers from the previous night, not caring it had been sitting out for so long, and there was always her bowl of fruit, but sometime before he had retired to the living room Sebastian had left her bread and peanut buttter as he had that first day. It was obvious they needed to go shopping for groceries.
They?
Him!
When the day had begun to wain, more than it already had, Alyson cleaned herself up in preparation for her captors arrival. She redressed her arm, which was aching considerably, showered in order to tame her wild curls, which she had neglected to do the night before, and had gotten dressed. When Sebastian walked in at sundown, she was ready. She did her best not to watch him change, though she got the feeling he was trying to do it in front of her to give her some naughty ideas. She wouldn't allow his scheme to work.
"Eventually.." Her mind sang and she willed it to shut its stupid mouth.
She spoke very little to him, feeling somewhat embarrassed about the previous evening. She recalled that mild feeling of disappointment at him not being in bed with her when she woke, which made her feel angry at herself, but oddly content with him. Her answers weren't nearly as sarcastic when they small talked, but she had the occasional witty reply. She was still Alyson, after all. Not even he could change that.
When they got to the bookstore he was full of even more surprises than usual. He let her off her short chain and allowed her to roam freely. She smirked at the thought, realizing she had gained some amount of trust to be allowed to do something so simple, but it was progress. Soon, she knew, he could trust her to leave during the day. Well, perhaps not soon, but maybe someday in the not too distant future. And maybe he would just let her go. Then this nightmare would be over. Only...was it really such a nightmare? At times, yes. Very much so.
She was currently looking at the backs of some fantasy books when he came from behind her, his voice warm in her ear as he taunted her with the Kama Sutra book, putting it on the pile, his arm not pulling away afterward. She could feel the heat radiating off him from behind her, but she did her best to try and ignore him. She knew he was taunting her by staying so close, waiting for her to pull away, but she had recently come to the conclusion she had power, and she wasn't about to relent any of it to him but being predictable and moving just because he was close. As long as she didn't do anything that annoyed him, she was safe, especially in the middle of a semi crowded book store. Okay. It wasn't even semi crowded, but there were plenty of eyewitnesses if it came down to it.
"Interesting choice for someone who claims to love sex as much as you do." She teased, trying to sound cool and unaffected by his taunt. "Unless you're insinuating I need that. In that case, maybe when I find someone worth using it with, I'll take a look." She teased, not wanting him to think anything had changed between them, though clearly something had.
"Eventually.." Her brows furrowed as the stupid word hissed throughout her mind again, making her cheeks hot. Why the hell had she said that to him? Now he expected it! But she wondered if it was such a terrible thing. In the end she could claim he'd raped her, forced her to be his sex slave. But in the mean time she had needs that she wanted met, and a willing partner who she was sure wouldn't be half bad. His body was strong and he was intense. There was no doubt he could take her to the brink repeatedly and she suddenly felt her face scrunch up at the thought, her cheeks flaming. Why the hell was she even thinking about this!
"You know if you're serious about learning the piano then I suggest you start with the basics." She was so glad when the subject had been changed to something that had nothing to do with sex. She actually looked at the books he was holding out. "Yeah, let's get one of those." She said softly, interested. It was something to do during the day, unless of course she as going to be making a habit of sleeping through the day as she had today. She still couldn't believe how much she had slept, and she was upset that she was becoming semi nocturnal, which seemed to be what he wanted. It wouldn't be long until she was seeing him off at sunrise and going to bed herself. The thought confused her as all others did involving him. On the plus side it meant less lonely hours spent in the room, on the downside it meant she was suddenly a creature of night, and that was odd. It would be hard to readjust to real life eventually.
If she ever got to, that was. His voice brought her back to the bookstore, and she peaked over her shoulder slightly to look at him. "So tell me. What's your genre of choice? Sci-fi? Horror? Suspense? Romance?" His hand was in her hair, messing with her curls ad she swatted at his hand like he was a pesky gnat flying around. Why did he need to mess with her hair? "All the above." She said, putting another book onto the pile. "What's yours? Erotica?" She taunted, her tone dripping with sarcasm, but she immediately regretted her words. She was feeling very brave this evening.
Soon enough his hand was in her hair again and he was paying her a compliment. She scowled at him and put the book she was holding on the pile and took a step away from him, the proximity to him distracting and making her uneasy. For the first tome it wasn't due entirely to his smugness and bad temper, but to his obnoxious advances.
"I'm done." She declared just needing some space that second. She couldn't even look at him and was suddenly glad this was happening all away from his comfy bed.

Sebastian enjoyed teasing Alyson. And he had expected a little better comeback from her when he asked what her favorite genre was. Although the little erotica comment was amusing enough and but he didn't answer. He just reached for the stack of books that they were getting and held them close to his chest so that they wouldn't topple over. He could sense that something changed since the previous night between them. She was a little more lenient and so was he, allowing her to roam around the book store without him watching over her like a hawk.
"I'm done."
"Then let's move on." Sebastian went straight for the checkout counter, not bothering to use the roped off line section since there was nobody waiting to begin with and headed straight for a young girl with dirty blonde hair and set the stack of books down. "Hello." He said and gave his best charming smile which instantly made the girl blush and smile up at him. "Hi." Was what he got out of her before she started to ring up their purchases. She seemed surprise by how many books they were getting, and she looked to be no older than seventeen. Too young. He told himself. Even Sebastian had standards. If they weren't old enough to legally drink then they weren't what he was interested in. But it didn't mean he didn't try to charm the pants off of them anyway and leave them wanting him.
His eyes turned to Alyson and he watched her for a moment while he reached into an inside breast pocket of his jacket and pulled out his wallet. It was leather and definitely high quality. It had been a gift from his sister one year and it worked for what he needed it for so he kept it. He pulled out one of several credit cards and held it between his index and middle fingers, casually extending it to the cashier.
"What do you want to get next? Electronics, some art supplies, or how about Victoria's Secret?" Sebastian asked and smirked at the thought. Now that she was lightening up he figured she could handle the sexual jokes that he had bottled up. The cashier looked up from her computer and looked between the tall man and the blonde. She seemed almost embarrassed that she was hearing this conversation but at the same time maybe looked envious? Didn't all women want to be spoiled and lavished with gifts?
When the transaction was completed the cashier split the books into two bags and then set them on the counter and returned the card. "Thank you.." She said in the softest voice and Sebastian gave her a little wink which made her look like she wanted to melt into the floor, then he took the bags and made for the exit.
The mall closed in two hours and they still had plenty of shopping to do. He preferred when it grew dark earlier in the day. It gave him the opportunity to get more shopping done without rushing. Not that he would rush anyway. If it came down to it then they would stay after the mall closed. He was pretty positive that Alyson wouldn't be interested in doing that but he was sure he could convince her.
"Ah, clothes! You can never have too many. Let's get some more for you."

Alyson moved with him through to the checkout, arms folded low over her torso. When the girl blushed at him she gawked at first her and then the man she was with. Oh, was he serious? She looked like she was twelve! Okay, maybe not that young, but she was pretty darn young. Alyson rolled her eyes at his pathetic little advances. He was positively incorrigible!
She found herself growing annoyed with the way she smiled and blushed at him. Was she jealous? No! Of course it wasn't jealousy. Why would she care if he made eyes at some idiot high school girl. She was annoyed because he was taking her shopping and he was flirting with a baby and he needed to just calm the hell down with his bullshit.
"What do you want to get next? Electronics, some art supplies, or how about Victoria's Secret?" She huffed. Why was he taunting her? She knew it was because she had allowed him to get close and part of her was regretting that decision now. She should never have said eventually to him. She should have never led him on.
But there was a deep part of her that was electrified at the idea of him wanting to take her to Victoria Secret. Like she could taunt him with her sex, hold it over him like something he would need to earn so she could get more out of him. What did she want?
She said nothing as he finished up, letting the comment slip away into the air. As they were leaving she glared at the girl behind the register, almost as if to say back off, but she justified it in her mind by saying she was protecting her. No one should be stolen from their lives. She was still angry about it, even if she was getting used to it and starting to enjoy it slightly.
Enjoy it enough to eventually have sex with him? She wondered in silent stride a step behind him, arms folded. "Ah, clothes! You can never have too many. Let's get some more for you."
Alyson wasn't entirely sure she could get used to someone buying all of her things, but she reminded herself she had no choice. She wasn't going to tell him no. It was practically a reward for dealing with his fifty shades of fucked-up.
"No." She piped up after a second, her eyes devious as her hands, which had been folded, dropped to her side. "Let's go to Victoria Secret." He wanted to mess with her? Fine. She could do it right back. Two could play this game. She thought angrily to herself, forgetting that he could rape her if he really wanted, but she had the feeling that's not how he wanted things to go. He wanted her to want him. It was obvious. And the more she held it in front of his nose, the more he would, and the more likely he would be to negotiate.
She didn't bother looking at him as she slipped to the left and went into the store with the plastic lingerie models in the store front window, feathers surrounding their fake feet, lacy pink and black panties covering their plastic lady parts. Alyson didn't wait for him, moving to the dirtiest section they had and eyeing up the underwear. She started looking through for her size, a fierce look in her eyes. What the hell was coming over her? She was throwing a tantrum, but why? And why the hell was she getting sexy lingerie in the midst of said tantrum? Her judgement was clouded and she wasn't sure what she was thinking.
Suddenly feeling stupid he gulped, staring blankly at the rack. "I changed my mind. Let's look at TV's."

"No."
No?
He stopped and looked over just as she was heading into the lingerie store. Sebastian didn't have the slightest idea what had come over Alyson but he followed after her into the bright pink store. They loved the color pink in that store which Sebastian couldn't help but always find amusing since they were covering up the pinkest parts of the female body. As he walked in he could hear the music playing over the store's speakers and was greeted by a beauty with dark skin and green eyes. Sebastian wasn't racist when it came to his women, he'd take anyone white black or yellow.
His fingers ran along the different undergarments as he walked around different racks and letting his eyes do his shopping. Of course, like all men, he got a few strange looks but then others seemed to look at him as if they wished they were wearing nothing but their lingerie. Or maybe it was just in Sebastian's head but the thought of all those women standing around in compromising positions in lingerie was definitely a nice thought. When he finally came up behind Alyson he was actually glad she'd decided to come into Victoria's Secret. Not only that, but she seemed to be in the sluttiest section of the entire store.
"I changed my mind. Let's look at TV's."
Sebastian tsked at his blonde bombshell and shook his head. "You can't just drag me in here for a quick tease and then wish to run off. Come on," Sebastian picked up a bra off a nearby rack that was a cream color with sexy black lace covering the cups. He held the straps up with his fingertips and held it up to his chest. He even did a playful little chest shimmy towards her. "We'll try it on together." He teased and actually had to laugh at himself. He got a few more dirty looks but he didn't care. "There's nothing sexier than a woman in lace." He practically purred at Alyson and then he set the bra down before he reached for a baby blue thong that had little pink hearts all over it and he held them up against his pelvis. "Well? Is it my color?"
There was a look on Alyson's face that made it seem there was something wrong. So what better way to try and lift her mood than to joke around a bit? He turned the thong over and pushed one of the sides against his thumb and pulled it back before flinging it at Alyson like a slingshot. "Why the long face? The television set will still be there by the time we're through here."

When he held the bra up and shimmied she felt the discomfort she had suddenly felt ease a little. Why the hell did he need to be so likable right now? Couldn't he tell she was brooding!? She suddenly liked his attention and hated herself for it. She told herself it was the lack of any human contact other than him for the last week. Maybe it was true. Her brows knitted and she scolded herself. Yes, it's true! It was the only logical explanation why she was able to tolerate him.
"There's nothing sexier than a woman in lace." Her stomach did a somersault at his words and she gulped. Why would she care what he thought? He wouldn't see her in them! Only...he had last night. Who was to say he wouldn't again? The thought gave her serious mixed feelings. Why did this need to be so difficult? And why the HELL had she actually gone into this damn store?
She almost laughed when he held the blue heart panties to his pelvis. She actually though it was not only a little funny, but sexy. He really was attractive. Psychotic, not human, and sexy. It disturbed her a bit, and the feeling must have shown since he shot the panties at her.
"Why the long face? The television set will still be there by the time we're through here." She didn't care about the stupid television set and she furrowed her brow, looking at the underwear on the ground. She knelt down and grabbed them, shoving them hard into his chest. "Definitely your color. They match your eyes." She hissed and turned away from him. She couldn't stand to stare at him being all silly and cute. It made her like him, and she didn't want to like him! Everything he seemed to be doing since last evening was making her like him and it drove her insanely angry.
As she turned away she felt annoyed, confused and a little down. She wanted to enjoy herself, but didn't want to do so with him. She just couldn't see past what he'd done to her, but at the same time he was being nice. He'd taken her out, and he was being funny and silly and letting her have a little space. She needed to return the gesture or he would never do this again. And he would never love her.
She bit her lower lip and turned her head and looked over at him, chewing on the her own flesh and trying to get over herself. Would it really be so bad if she just let herself go a little? Did she have to ruin the night? She knew his mood would mirror hers, and if she acted up, so would he. His patience were thin.
Her hazel eyes roamed towards another lacy bra, seeing as those were his preference it seemed. It was a little more innocent than the ones they had been looking at before in the sense it was ivory with baby pink ribbon sewn through it and a delicate floral design etched in pale pink thread. It was elegant, classy, and cut low enough to still be sexy. She actually liked it. She gulped and took it, holding it up to her own chest as she turned to him, a little calmer now. "Well, I'm trying this one on. You going to try the black and cream one on or what?" She asked, a hint of a smile playing at the edge of her lips. It was forced at first, but after a second it became genuine. She could do this...

"Definitely your color. They match your eyes."
There was something in her tone. Sebastian could tell that she wasn't in the best mood and he didn't understand why. He was taking her shopping to get all the things she'd wanted. He was allowing her to be out in public around other people instead of being holed up in the condo. But it seemed to not be good enough for her and he inwardly rolled his eyes. He wanted to just shake her and ask her what would make her happy. If there was only one word that he could use to describe Alyson it would be frustrating. She frustrated him to no avail.
But as if she were bipolar, her mood seemed to change and lighten up. He tossed the panties into another bin, not caring where they had been before. His eyes landed on the new bra that Alyson was holding up and it sparked something in him. He could just imagine her in nothing but the lacey lingerie and his lips parted a little as if he were taken by surprise.
"Well, I'm trying this one on. You going to try the black and cream one on or what?"
Her words brought him back to reality. They were in the middle of Victoria's Secret and he grinned at her sarcastically. "If it makes you happy I'll try it on first thing when we get home. But I don't do dressing rooms." He told her and his voice was a little quiet, which wasn't usually him. He moved the bags full of books to his other hand and felt his own mood dropping a bit. He'd never used a dressing room for changing before. He didn't try on clothes in public because of how abnormal his back looked. When in the confines of his own home he was comfortable with himself, but out in public he was a little more insecure about his 'deformity.'
He turned his attention away from Alyson and started to look around the rest of the store. He caught the eye of one of the black sales associate again and she slowly walked over to him. "Can I help you find anything?" She had asked him and suddenly his mood seemed to lift once more. He'd let Alyson go try on her bras and he'd have himself a little fun out there. At least this woman wouldn't glare at him if he worked his charm on her.
"Yes. Yes you can..." He looked down at the name tag that was held to her shirt by two magnetic pieces and reached up and tapped it gently with his finger. "...Latisha. What a beautiful name." He told her and gave his best smile. He'd keep himself entertained while Alyson did her shopping. Latisha giggled and gave him what he assumed were her flirting eyes, which he actually liked. Alyson didn't flirt with him, and this girl had some very nice green eyes.
Sebastian took a few steps around Latisha so that he could guide her to face him and so he'd be able to keep an eye on Alyson while he flirted with this piece of brown sugar.

Her stomach squirmed at the mention of him trying it on at home. She had no doubt he would, either. He'd probably prance around in his pajama bottoms that hung too low, showing off his strange back and sexy stomach, lacy bra over his chest. The thought both amused her and turned her on a little, and she felt ill for even feeling that last part. She wouldn't allow herself to be turned on by him and she felt that obnoxious conflict in her gut again. What had suddenly changed between them?
Alyson tried to figure it all out as she browsed. Sebastian had gone and busied himself elsewhere, probably finding things he wanted to see her in but never would. It was a powerful thought. But what was it that had made the mood between them change? She recalled the previous days events, how he had nearly killed her and then when she had calmed down, coming to terms with her abduction, he had changed. He became protective, gentle at times. He respected her wishes last night and they both attempted to earn each others trust.
She had stayed.
It had been the deciding factor for Sebastian, she was sure. She stayed partially out of fear of what he would do if she didn't and partially because she wanted to. Why would she want to stay with this monster?
She had three bras in her hands, each more expensive than the last, and she was now at a bin full of panties. She had never been able to go on a shopping spree there before, and if he wanted to take her out, she would take him for all he was worth. He had the money, he wanted to spend it on her, and he had abducted her from life. If he was going to offer the finer things, then dammit she would take it!
She was about to try the bras one when she noticed him flirting with the sales girl. It sparked that same twinge of jealousy that had sparked in the book store. What the hell? Wasn't she enough? He has needs, needs you're only willing to meet eventually her mind reminded. She shouldn't be jealous. She should be grateful. But god did she hate that black whore he was talking to. She should intervene she decided. She was doing the girl a favor if she did so. He was, after all, a kidnapper.
She moved beside him forcing a smile on her face as she looked up at him. "I'm finished." She said a little tersely, annoyance flickering in her eyes. If he was going to go flirt, then he should do it when he left her at home.

Sebastian and Latisha were just getting into a conversation about what she thought was the perfect type of bra, and what sort she was currently wearing when Alyson came trudging over and interrupting their conversation by declaring that she was done shopping. His eyes moved to her and Latisha seemed to give her a look that only women seemed to be able to possess. The who-does-this-bitch-think-she-is? look that came over their faces when it came to men. It was as if all women were against each other. Not that it bothered Sebastian in the slightest. He found it enjoyable when women tried to claim their territory, not that Sebastian had ever belonged to anyone. No, they belonged to him.
"Ah, Alyson this is Latisha." Sebastian placed a hand around Latisha's shoulders and grinned at the black woman for a moment before he stepped away from her. "Latisha, this is Alyson." The subtle glares were so entertaining and he looked at the stockpile that Alyson had in her hands.
"I'll take care of this." He reached for the undergarments, taking them into his own arms and heading to the register. Just as he'd done in the other store he'd paid for the articles of clothing, refusing to sign up for their stupid card, and got everything bagged and was ready to go.
There was something in Alyson's expression that he couldn't pin. She looked moody, but he figured she'd be quite thrilled with her new expensive underwear. It was like he was her sugar daddy, buying her everything she could ever want. Only problem was he wasn't getting much in return except for a good mood from her every now and then.
"You look upset. What's wrong?" He asked her and gestured for them to head out of the store, now carrying books and the pink Victoria's Secret bag with one hand. The bags were light enough for him and his attention was on Alyson. "Don't tell me you're jealous." Sebastian said and a smile crept over his lips as he moved closer to her. Oh, the things he wished he could do to that girl. But he wouldn't touch her without her consent. He might have kidnapped her but he wasn't a rapist. What was the fun if the sexual partner was trying to claw your eyes out? It was the very reason he'd gotten off of her when they'd been drinking just a week ago.
He had needs, and she wasn't willing to help him with them. Eventually... That was what she'd said, but he wasn't going to hold his breath. He'd pine for her and fantasize about all the dirty things he'd do to her if he had the chance, but he knew it was just wishful thinking. Although Sebastian was learning patience.
"Is that what it is, jealousy?" He asked again, wanting to know just what was changing her moods so suddenly?

Alyson rivaled the girls look, almost as if to tell her to back off. She told herself that she was doing the girl a favor. No one should get involved with this psychopath, and had it been up to her she herself wouldn't have, but deep down she knew it was a lie.
She let Sebastian take the things she'd chosen, glad that she could pick her own things out and they weren't just what Sebastian fantasized about her in. It gave her a little dignity.
"You look upset. What's wrong?" Did she look upset? She pursed her lips, unwilling to answer him. Wasn't it obvious? He had taken her out and he was flirting with women. He was welcome to do that all he wanted, but now was her time and if he didn't want her to do it then he better not. If this weird relationship was going to work, then he would need to give her proper attention, since she was unable to get it elsewhere as he could. It was like taunting her with something she couldn't have.
"Don't tell me you're jealous." Of course she was jealous! But she wasn't sure in the way he thought she was. She was jealous that he could just go talk to anyone and flirt and she wasn't. That's what she told herself anyway. She suddenly felt like he was hers, though. He was her captor, no one else's, and dammit he couldn't have anyone else unless he let her go!
"Is that what it is, jealousy?" "I'm not jealous!" She hissed and stopped, glowering up at him. Was he teasing her? She didn't even know anymore.
"You took me out and you're just...flirting with everyone. I've been penned up for the better part of a week and a half and most of that time was spent ignoring you, and now that we're actually talking I don't like to be ignored so you can bat your long lashes at slutty little store clerks." She sounded like a jealous girlfriend and she knew it. Her eyes narrowed.
"No...you know what? Do whatever." She stormed away, knowing he would follow, and was quick to go into the electronics store before he could grab a hold of her. "Excuse me!" She called out to the first clerk she saw, a nerdy looking boy with a few extra pounds and hair a little too long. She could play this game. "Would you help me? I'm looking for a TV. A big one." She giggled and leaned in. "I like'm big.."

Sebastian hadn't been prepared for what happened next. Alyson seemed to blow up on him in a manner that took him by complete surprise. She sounded the way only a jealous girlfriend could sound and in a twisted way Sebastian liked it! It was a turn on listening to her snap at him, trying to rationalize her jealousy. If she was jealous then it meant she felt something for him, no matter how minuscule it might have been she had feelings that caused her to become jealous. He tried his best not to smile, keeping a straight face and his brows just slightly furrowed and watching her as she seemed to go off the deep end.
"Relax." He hissed at her since she was getting loud and he caught the looks of a few others who were doing their late night shopping. He looked like the asshole boyfriend, standing there holding all of her bags, getting yelled at for flirting with other women and not paying attention to his girlfriend. Except that Alyson wasn't his girlfriend. She was.. his. Plain and simple. There was no title for it. He didn't call her his pet the way that his sister called all her little imported men.
"No...you know what? Do whatever."
Alyson stormed off and left Sebastian standing there with no idea what was going on. He'd never dealt with a jealous woman before. He'd never kept them around long enough to allow them to have any feelings for him. "Where are you going?" He demanded and trailed after her watching as she headed into the nearest electronics store. "Just can't wait for a TV." He grumbled to himself and headed in after her but stopped right in the wide entryway, listening to her as she spoke to a slightly chubby sales associate.
"Would you help me? I'm looking for a TV. A big one."
At first Sebastian assumed she just wanted to spend as much of his money as she could, and he was fine with that. They had plenty of it and he didn't spend it enough it would seem. But it was the next thing that came out of her mouth that really got him going.
"I like'm big.."
Sebastian knew what she was doing. Alyson wanted to give him a taste of his own medicine it would seem. He tried to keep himself composed, inhaling through his flared nostrils and then exhaling out his mouth. He stepped into the store and came up right behind Alyson, his eyes landing on the man who worked there and trying to put on his best polite smile. "There you are, Dear." He said loud enough to make it known to the sales associate that Alyson was his. He looked down at the blonde, a fire in his eyes that wasn't there before. It wasn't anger but something different.. Sebastian wasn't about to share her. "You just couldn't wait to get a TV, could you?"
It was taking Sebastian everything he had to not drop his bags and lose his temper.

Somehow she felt vindicated as the boys cheeks flushed. She could see the distress on his face as he tried to remain professional, letting out a soft "Uhhh...".
"There you are, Dear." She heard the strain in his voice and she felt even better. Her eyes were hot as she turned to him, a gleam in her eye that said how do you like it? "Can't wait another second!" She chirped in her very best ditz voice. Having been a cheerleader, she knew her fair share of ditzes. She was also from Texas, the land of polite-to-your-face/knife-in-your-back, so she could really put on a good face if she needed to.
She looked to the boys name tag and then to Sebastian. "Robert here was just going to show me!" She said happily, putting her hand on his arm and then giving a gentle squeeze. "My.." She gasped as if he were muscular, which he wasn't. and giggled, turning to Sebastian, the evil little gleam in her eyes. She was cruising for some trouble, she knew it, but she had a feeling by the look in his eyes that he knew what she was doing, and he wouldn't likely do it to her again. He was jealous.
Robert picked up on it, too. He was obviously uncomfortable in the situation. She saw him looking skeptically at Sebastian and then towards the televisions. "They're just...right there. If you wanted to see." He stood still and then turned away as if to look for help from a colleague. "I would be happy to assist you if you needed help."
"Oh, baby... I think I'm definitely going to need your help." Her southern drawl came out a little. Men liked it, plus it made her seem more stupid. That was the biggest reason she worked so hard to get rid of it when she came west. No need for everyone to think she was an idiot. It was bad enough people assumed so because she was blond. "Let me see the biggest one you got!"

Sebastian was getting heated but he tried his best to keep his composure. The last thing he wanted to do was lose it in that store. And the look of discomfort on 'Robert's face was a good sign. He should be uncomfortable and Sebastian wanted to make sure that he stayed that way. He listened to Alyson as her voice changed to a higher pitch and she seemed to obtain an accent. He recalled her being from Texas, but she didn't normally speak with an accent. Sometimes a word would come out in that southern drawl and he found it to be sexy, but what she was doing now was just plain annoying and a turn off.
He pursed his lips, turning them into a thin line and his eyes darkened, watching her. She was going to keep going to try and prove a point. Then he decided maybe he could still play this game with her. If she wanted to flirt with the most unattractive man in the store it was fine with him. He knew he was better looking and it even brought a sly little smile to his lips.
He came up on Alyson's other side and leaned over, brushing her hair away from her ear so he could whisper in it. He didn't want Tubs to hear. "To be jealous you have to have feelings for that person." He said, just trying to plant that little thought in her head. It could have been taken two different wants in his opinion. She could see it as him taunting her for being jealous and saying that she had feelings for him, or he could just be trying to hurt her and say that he wasn't jealous because he didn't have feelings for her. Either way, he felt it was a good enough thing to say to her and then he righted himself and looked at the sales clerk.
"How about you give us your biggest TV, a DVD player, and whatever sound system is compatible with it." Sebastian said with a shrug as if it weren't a big deal for him. He pulled out his card and held it up between two fingers like he'd done twice before that night. Except he wasn't going to just hand it over this time. He was going to hold it so that Robert had to come to him in order to get it. That was how he was doing business this time.
"Or should I find another associate since you're clearly preoccupied by this lovely lady?" Which would be more important to him, getting a sale and possibly commission if that's how that store worked, or flirting with Alyson? Sebastian hoped it was his money that he'd pick.

She felt big, but she knew it wouldn't have the effect she wanted considering Robert wasn't exactly the kind of guy to win over a guy like Sebastian, and also he looked like he might wet his pants with the way Sebastian was staring him down.
"To be jealous you have to have feelings for that person." At first she was annoyed. Who said she had feelings for him? Though clearly she had something if she was jealous he was flirting with all of those other women. Then she got the feeling perhaps he wasn't jealous at all. Maybe he was saying she could flirt all she wanted because in the end he just didn't give a flying fuck about her.
No. He told me he enjoyed me last night, she reminded herself. It must be the first thing.
"How about you give us your biggest TV, a DVD player, and whatever sound system is compatible with it." He offered his card and Alyson could see Roberts jaw drop. She hated Sebastian a little in that moment. He was ruining everything! She wanted to keep flirting with...okay, no. She had no desire to flirt with this loser, but she had a point to make and she hadn't finished making it yet.
Robert took the care, clearly more interested in the large commission he was about to receive than playing her little juvenile make-the-boyfriend-jealous game. Only he wasn't her boyfriend. Thank God.
She watched Robert go, Sebastian's card in hand, and she turned on him. "First, I don't have feelings for you." She hissed, but she was starting to second guess that statement in her mind. Did she? NO! Her voice was still drawling and she became conscious and cleared her throat. "Second, it's not so much fun standing by idley while I make cutesie chit chat with someone else, is it." Her brows were low.
"When you take me out, you're taking me out. If you don't want to spend time with me, then leave me at home." Home? "The condo. Your condo. Leave me in your room." She gulped, not realizing how much she was pouting like a little girl who had not gotten a pony ride. Her hands were on her hips, but she let them drop when she realized she was lecturing him. She huffed and looked over her shoulder at the televisions. There were some pretty damn big ones up on the wall. "Where the hell are we going to put that thing?" She asked, her voice more calm now. All she had needed to do was get it off her chest, and suddenly she felt a little better. He deserved to know, and now he did.

When Robert walked away with Sebastian's credit card he felt as if he'd won some sort of challenge. Money was what was important to Robert. Money was important to many people and with it, Sebastian was capable of getting his way most of the time. He looked down at Alyson, a smug look across his face and listened to Alyson try to prove him wrong.
"First, I don't have feelings for you."
Fine. He thought to himself. He could live with her not having feelings for him. Although he had a feeling that she felt something.
"Second, it's not so much fun standing by idley while I make cutesie chit chat with someone else, is it."
Her 'second' point was something that Sebastian didn't like. And the smugness turned around and his features darkened once more. His brows curved down shading his eyes that seemed almost icy now, his features hard and rugged as he reached for Alyson's arm and pulled her closer so he could talk without being overhead. Naturally he tried not to hurt her because he didn't want to cause a scene. Once she was close enough he'd let go of her and he leaned towards her, trying to close some of the space between them. "You weren't standing 'by idley' as you put it. You were shopping. I was standing there watching you shop." He wanted to make that point clear.
"Second, I would enjoy flirting with you very much. But you've cold shouldered me constantly. And while you're an emotional roller coaster, trying to decide whether to relax and have a good time or throw a tantrum, I would prefer to enjoy myself. And I intend to whether it's with or without you." Sebastian's words came out practically a snarl. Then he stood upright, giving her back some of her space and attempting to compose himself. It wasn't that he was truly mad with the girl. He'd felt the tinge of jealousy and he didn't much like it. Robert was lucky he chose the money instead of Alyson. Because it was more a choice of life or death for the young man than anything else and he chose life.
He listened to her ask where they were going to put the television. He'd been so angry that he'd just said to give them the biggest one. He didn't like the thought of a giant television in the bedroom and he groaned, reaching up and pinching the bridge of his nose with exasperation. "See what you did? You got me so upset that we didn't even get to look around first." He said, blaming her for it and shaking his head.
His eyes moved around the store and he figured they could probably just put the TV they were buying in the living room and take the living room television and place that in the bedroom. They didn't watch much television so the one in the living room wasn't too frivolous. It was there more for decoration and whenever they wanted to allow their 'guests' to be entertained by something other than them. "We'll take the living room TV and put it in the room. It's hardly used." He muttered, knowing they'd still put the speakers and the DVD player in the bedroom. He'd be sure to get her some movies to keep her busy.
He watched as the sales clerk was behind the register, clearly ringing up their purchases. "Stay here." He instructed of Alyson and casually headed for the counter. He needed to make sure he gave them an address and try to get it delivered as soon as possible, not wanting to make her wait for them. They were her gifts after all. Once he signed, wrote the address and gave specific directions to leave everything in the hall and not to ring, he took his card back and placed it back into his wallet which in turn went into his jacket.
When he came back to Alyson he attempted to put an arm around her shoulders. "Come." He instructed and lead her back out of the store and into the dying traffic of people who were going from store to store. "And you do like me. I know it. Otherwise you wouldn't have been jealous." He wasn't going to let the topic go. They were coming to one of the ends of the mall, which had a large department store as the end store. It was two stories, makeup and clothes on the first floor and all household goods on the second. He guided her straight to it, wanting to order a new mirror for the bathroom and maybe seeing if they sold doors as well.
