The Cedar St. Apartments offer fair priced living on a nice street in the city. It's close to the public metro and bus lines, making the location convenient to get to all major points in the city. It also sits down the street from Dylan's Cafe.
The apartments range from one bedroom to three. Pets under 30lbs are permitted. It's probably best not to be too late on your rent, though. The landlord is a little stingy and has no problem kicking residents to the curb for being a little behind. It's a shame he's not as concerned with maintaining the building. If you have a problem, it might be better to fix it yourself, because you probably won't see him for a week or so after your complaint.
