AUGUST PLOT
YOUR DESIGNATED TESTING FACILITIES:
If you live in Wallingford Condominiums – Scriptor Bay memorial Hospital
If you live in Cedar St. Apartments - Scriptor Bay Fire Department
If you live in Greenwolfe University Dorms – Greenwolfe University Student Center
If you live in Trail Oaks Community – City Hall
If you are staying at The Remington Hotel - National Museum of Scriptor Bay
WHAT HAPPENS AT FACILITIES:
All residents upon entering are asked to show ID for verification purposes, and are then escorted through an scanner/metal detector and are then given instructions as to where in the facility they need to go for testing and treatment for Naegleria Fowleri. Avisaille’s are instructed to enter waiting area C. Everyone else is split between A and B.
There is no difference between waiting area A or B, it is simply to keep the waiting areas from getting too crowded. Each person is called back in the order in which they arrive. The test administered is a simple finger prick where the blood is tested on a strip of paper. Depending on infection the paper will turn either purple or red. Despite the outcome, all test subjects are sent for vaccinations.
Humans/Witches/Gargoyles/Blurrs – Your vaccination is a placebo and you are free to leave through a designated exit after testing.
Therians - Your vaccination will make you feel sleepy and woozy. You will then be escorted through to the back of the facility and placed on a bus by gunpoint. Those who fight will be further tranquilized, or in worst cases shot.
Avisailles - Once you have entered waiting area C you will wait to receive your vaccination. Your vaccination will make you feel sleepy and woozy. You will then be escorted through to the back of the facility and placed on a bus by gunpoint. Those who fight will be further tranquilized, or in worst cases shot.
Everyone on the buses are sent to a detainment center located just outside of the city in a thick patch of woods. The trip takes twenty minutes. While on the bus a guard will supervise closely for anyone getting out of hand and make sure no one uses their cell phones.
UPON ARRIVAL:
Upon arrival at the camps, inmates are escorted off buses already separated by species. They are then separated by gender and escorted to the two gates at the front of each camp. Therian shifting is strictly prohibited and any Therian caught doing so will be shot immediately, no questions asked. This is a safety measure. Names are taken down and then the inmates are escorted to showers and required to bathe. Their personal items are collected (clothes, jewelry, phones, wallets, etc) and stored in labeled bags. After the shower all inmates receive camp issued clothing. These consist of navy blue jumpsuits, basic work boots, and standard underwear—females are given basic sports braziers. Avisaille jumpsuits are complete with holes in the back through which they can put their wings. Inmates are given basic toiletries such as combs and toothbrushes before they are escorted to their barracks. Avisailles move from the showers to an attached room where wings are clipped to prevent flight. All inmates are then moved to a holding area where are then briefed on the rules of the camp and their basic daily schedule before they are integrated into daily activities.
DETAINMENT CENTER:
There are two camps connected only by an electric and barbed wire fence. Both camps are also separated into two sections to divide the genders of each race. The two gender specific sections are joined by a large common yard. Cafeterias are also shared between the genders, and the common yard is used for one hour a day. There are showers in each of the gender specific camps and inmates are required to shower daily. The Avisaille camp is completely covered by barbed wire even though wings are clipped. Therians are kept in concrete barracks reinforced with two feet of steel and doors are one foot thick steel triple-locked doors to ensure no escape is possible. The walls are lined with hay for the animals to sleep on, but the room is otherwise sparse. Therian Inmates are gassed at night to prevent the animals from trampling each other and the guards, who wear gas masks. Separate bunkers have been built into all barracks to hold species leaders. Latrines are set up beside the barracks and all visits to the latrines must be monitored. Children ages seven and under (eleven and under for the slow aging Avisailles) are housed with their mothers regardless of gender.

PLOT RULES:
- If you have a Therianthrope or an Avisaille and DO NOT wish to have them participate in the camps, please message one of the mods and let them know. Your character can be in hiding instead. We understand this can be a difficult plot to play, and we want everyone to still have fun on the site!!
- Please feel free to play threads either at the testing facility, in route to the testing facility and AT the testing facility! Be creative, and enjoy.
- Remember there are consequences for misbehaving. If your character acts out in your thread and a mod sees, we WILL intervene. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It’s great for character buildup!!
- If you are interested in playing with a camp official, there will be signups for that. Simply sign up for whatever you’re interested in!
- If you need ideas for what your characters could be doing, here is a list of things on their schedule: Sleeping, eating, outside time (where species can talk through a fence), cleaning latrines, doing laundry, cooking, dishes, showers, cleaning the floors and other areas of the facility.
- If you have an idea, PLEASE SHARE! We would love for you to explore this plot!
