The year is 2073.
The current location is England, in the midst of a change of government ruling. Brook Dante has taken on the task of Minister of Magic, the youngest person to appear at the head of the magical government. At this point and time, she has held her position for twenty-three years, and does not seem to be losing favor.
At least, not yet.
The new school system has been in place for twenty years now, with the first four years of magical education being removed from the wizarding schools. Instead, students have been made to attend a charter school called Simuscire, located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Upon entering their fifth year of education, students may choose which of the schools they would like to attend to further their magical education, and each school holds its own specializations.
This new educational system has opened the minds of witches and wizards around the world, allowing them to connect with others of their kind and build international relationships, but only with other magical kinds.
The wizarding world is changing, with Brook Dante at the helm, as the realm is rebuilt. With the threat of a Dark Lord long gone, and even the great grandchildren of the savior with generations of their own to manage, everything is open for change. The question that remains is how far Brook Dante will go in her quest for a better, safer world for future magical generations to grow up in.
