Jo laughed. She couldn't imagine either of them being discreet about anything after having a couple of cosmo's in their system. They would be flat out asking about Brandon. Or at least Jo would be. She hoped she could stay sober enough not to get too inappropriate. Melanie WAS his sister after all. She certainly didn't need to be asking anything concerning the mans love life, except to maybe ask if he had a busy one.
"As for what day is good for me, I'm pretty sure I'm the only vegan reasturant in the area, so I don't think I'll suffer too much if I put up a 'family emergency sign' for a day. I do need to hire someone ASAP though. That place is wearing me thin. How about tomorrow though, if that's not too short of notice?"
Jo pursed her lips and looked at the ceiling before slowly nodding. "Actually I think tomorrow might work. I'll double check with Mel and call one of my girls to see if she can come in a bit early. Should be no problem!" She chirped excitedly, stoked for the plans being made!
Ella never ceased to amuse Jo. "No drugs in the tea, I swear." She giggled. Her teas was good, though. High quality and she was glad it was able to help the other girls stomach, and glad she had offered her a few extra for when her stomach acted up again later.
"Good grief. It's my mother again. I think I have to take this... Do you mind, and I'll see you soon?" Jo only laughed and shooed the girl away playfully. "No, no. Go talk to your mom. I'll text you later with the details." She said and watched the girl go. Cosmos and pizza and talking about boys! She could hardly wait!
