"They would have to catch us first. And we like wars." She didn't second guess him. If the others of his kind were anything like him, she would imagine they were probably a militaristic species who liked wars. He made valid points, though; he was faster and stronger than a human. He could heal more quickly, too. They would have a difficult time getting one to cooperated without screwing up their labs first, but she knew it could be done. It made her uncertain, but why? What did she care of the military performed experiments on Sebastian? She wished deep down she didn't give a hoot, but she did. More than she ever cared to admit.
Sebastian pulled her closer, and she didn't try to fight it. She simply moved where he placed her, feeling her buzz from the alcohol and the disappointment from her earlier scolding. "I like and dislike the idea of it. I think most of us do. It's going to take the mystery out of everything." She felt him looking down at her and her eyes moved up to meet his wicked grin. She knew he had enjoyed showing her far too much what he was. It had been a shock. It still was. In fact there was a large part of Alyson that just didn't completely believe what she saw, choosing to see it as an illusion. People weren't statues. Gargoyles didn't exist.
But apparently they did.
"It doesn't change the fact that we still can't go out during the day. But we're not the only ones who are doing it. Apparently the bird freaks are going to do it too."
Alyson froze with those words. Bird freaks? What the hell were bird freaks?! "What are you even talking about?" She asked, giving him a confused, quizzical look. Maybe she didn't hear him right. Maybe she had too much to drink and she heard something else. Were there other weird people? She'd heard the legends but... were there people other than gargoyles and humans? "What are bird freaks?"

"What are you even talking about? What are bird freaks?" He rolled his eyes at the girl and sighed with exasperation. "We've gone over this already." He knew he told her all about the Blurr girl who he'd caged up in the living room. But either she was too buzzed or she hadn't been able to pay attention to what he'd told her because she was in shock that night. Either way he decided to just go ahead and tell her but he wanted to make it seem like he was inconvenienced.
"You know the story. The tree, blah blah long boring parts, then there's us. We can't guard during the day so there needs to be opposites. The bird freaks - or they like to be called Avisailles - look human but they have wings that stick out. They have the whole angel complex going for them." He rolled his eyes again thinking that the Avisailles weren't as great as they may have sounded. If they came out they would be worshiped like they fell from the Heavens. Gargoyles? They were going to get pushed off high buildings and fall to their deaths. They were going to be feared.
"Anyway. They're going to out themselves too." He explained and pulled away from her so he could slowly spin her before bringing her back into his arms just as someone bumped into them but apologized. He just gave them a look and focused on Alyson again. "Are you worried people are going to think less of you because you've been with a Gargoyle?" He smirked at her even though he knew they hadn't actually been together.

"We've gone over this already." Alyson wrinkled her nose as he recanted the shortened story. Sometimes she really wondered about herself. why was she hanging around him? He was being sort of a dick, but there was a part of her that enjoyed being treated this way. It made no sense and she hated herself as he made her feel stupid for not remembering. She had three glasses of champagne! She wanted another. Maybe then she could just chill and stop giving a fuck.
"Anyway. They're going to out themselves too." He pulled away and she looked up, realizing he was twirling her. She spun and came back to him, sighing and suddenly remembering why she liked him so much. "Are you worried people are going to think less of you because you've been with a Gargoyle?"
His smirk was teasing she looked at him stoically. "I worry more they'll think less of me for being with a gargoyle that kidnapped and then released me." She shot back with just as much taunting, offering her own smirk now. "And that's only being around you. I haven't been with you, Sebastian." She added coyly. "And I probably won't," She continued. "You want what you can't have, and I want you to keep hanging around me, because I've discovered my masochistic side apparently." She teased, coming closer to him and wrapping both arms loosely around his neck. She knew he would probably get pissed off, and there was a part of her that hoped he did. She liked making him mad for some reason, but she liked when they were having fun more, but if she was going to be in a shit mood, then dammit she was going to too.

"And that's only being around you. I haven't been with you, Sebastian." He rolled his eyes the way he usually did when she was being stupid, "details," he said as if that didn't mean much. Anyone who was watching them would think they'd been screwing with how comfortably they danced together. "And I probably won't," now that was something that he didn't like hearing.
"You want what you can't have, and I want you to keep hanging around me, because I've discovered my masochistic side apparently." "More like your childish side," he spat at her then reached for her arms and took them off of him, dropping them and taking a step back. He didn't like when she started acting like a bitch and that was exactly what she was doing. She had a tendency of ruining the fun when she felt like it and he didn't appreciate it. Sure, he was the same way and he could ruin a good time as well, but he was allowed to. She wasn't.
"You're an idiot if you think telling me I won't have you is going to keep me around. What's the point if there's no challenge?" He was fuming now. He'd wanted to take her out to dance, get her a little drunk so she'd unwind and maybe by the end of the night he'd get something in return. Maybe he wouldn't, but at least he would have had a nice night getting drunk in public with the person he wanted to spend time with.
"I have half a mind to just leave you here, and another half to just.." He had to shut his mouth, his lips forming into a thin line while he shook his head. Sebastian held a hand up as if he didn't want to be bothered with her and walked through the crowd of people dancing, making his own way straight back to the bar. He needed a drink or he was going to do something that he'd regret later.

"More like your childish side," Now she'd done it. He was throwing her arms off him and she could feel her own anger creeping up almost like a panic strangling her. She didn't want him to act this way and she knew she had instigated it, but he had been such an asshole to her. A part of her was almost glad though the other part was angry for being her normal self destructive self. This was why Alyson had a hard time keeping close friends and boyfriends. She was a bitch, through and through. Sure, she had a kind side and she brought it out when she wanted to or it was convenient, but when she was angry and buzzed she wasn't going to play nice, especially when the person she was with wasn't really either.
"You're an idiot if you think telling me I won't have you is going to keep me around. What's the point if there's no challenge? I have half a mind to just leave you here, and another half to just.."
"What?" She snarled, glaring at him. "Half a mind to just what?" Her eyes narrowed angrily as her hands balled into fists. She had to remind herself they were smack in the middle of a dance floor so neither of them could act out too much.
"Is that all I am to you? Huh? A fucking challenge?" She spat, her voice low as she stayed close to him trying to keep the lovers quarrel between just the lovers. "A pair of legs to nestle between? What're you gonna do Bastian, huh? Slap me around? If you want to leave so fucking bad, then do it. I'm not stopping you. I don't need you to have a shitty time, I can have one all by myself!" She didn't even care who heard at that point, she was too worked up and stormed past him, shoving her shoulder into his hard one as she went heading towards the little bar.
She needed another few glasses of champagne.

"What? Half a mind to just what?" He wasn't listening to her at this point but that didn't stop her from running her mouth. "Is that all I am to you? Huh? A fucking challenge?" Sebastian had no intention of answering her and just kept walking through the crowd bumping into a few people but he didn't care. "A pair of legs to nestle between? What're you gonna do Bastian, huh? Slap me around? If you want to leave so fucking bad, then do it. I'm not stopping you. I don't need you to have a shitty time, I can have one all by myself!" Her voice started to rise and the people in close vicinity to them turned to look at them. It looked like a couple just having a fight. His shoulder lurched forward but it wasn't enough to make him stumble the way it might a human man and he watched her trudge through the crowd to the little bar. Of course she'd go straight for where he was headed.
He thought about detouring and just walking outside to cool down but standing outside wasn't going to do anything for his bad mood. He'd picked a winner alright. Alyson did nothing but fight with him incessantly and there were times where he tried to be nice, but it would still turn into a fight of sorts. He was growing tired of it. Nobody fought with him the way that she had. Most women were so willing to just climb into bed with him. Or a car. Or a dark alley.
When he made it to the bar he stuck his arm out and leaned against the bar making sure he was practically hovering over her. "You're the most foolish, stupid girl I've ever met." He spat at her in a harsh whisper to be sure nobody else was listening. He even glanced around with his ice cold eyes just to be double sure before continuing. "You try to tease me, to seduce me and then you tell me that I'll never get you. I've told you my darkest secret and you think you're nothing but a 'fucking challenge' as you so eloquently put it. Maybe all you are is a stupid mistake." He practically snarled at her and took his hand off the bar so he could grab her by the wrist.
"Let's go. We're going to settle this once and for all," he told her and tried to pull her away from the bar, but he wasn't going to force her. He didn't want her to make a scene.

Aly was fuming as she went to the bar. The bartender saw her and didn't even bother asking as he simply brought a glass over for her to nurse. She looked like a woman who needed a drink. She wasn't expecting Sebastian to come over and when his presence was made by his hovering stature, she looked up at him and glowered. "You're the most foolish, stupid girl I've ever met." Alyson grit her teeth, wanting to slap him but she wasn't drunk enough to make that mistake. She still knew it would hurt her more than him, something a drunker Aly would have forgotten.
"You try to tease me, to seduce me and then you tell me that I'll never get you. I've told you my darkest secret and you think you're nothing but a 'fucking challenge' as you so eloquently put it. Maybe all you are is a stupid mistake." She almost wished he'd have slapped her instead. His words stung and they brought tears to her eyes, her lip quivering as she looked up at him furiously. A mistake? HE was the one that came crawling back into her life, not her! She hated him him! Aly wanted to rage and throw her drink on him, but she didn't get a chance to think things through properly when he grabbed her wrist and gave her a little yank. "Let's go. We're going to settle this once and for all,"
Alyson felt fear overtake her as he tugged her away from the bar. She dragged her feet a little at first, and considered screaming and throwing a fit, but it would only call attention to herself which was exactly what she didn't want to happen. What was he going to do to her? Hit her? Berate her some more?
"Where are you taking me!" Her voice was borderline scared as she moved to keep up, her drink in her hand. How she wanted to throw it on him! "Stop!" She growled, not wanting to make more of a scene than they already were. "Se! Bas! Tian!" She hissed.
He dragged her away from the people. away from the hall and into the lobby area. "Stop!" She hissed again, feeling better now that a million eyes couldn't witness their spat. Without even thinking she splashed the champagne on him to get him to stop, regretting it immediately, but she figured if he was going to beat her anyway, then dammit she was going to deserve it! Her eyes widened in the horror she felt for what she'd just done and she gulped.
If he wasn't going to kill her already, he certainly was going to now.

"Where are you taking me!" Sebastian didn't answer her but she should have been used to that by now. "Stop! Se! Bas! Tian!" Why did they always have to fight?! Why was she as stubborn and hard heated as he? He dragged her out of the event hall and into the lobby where they would be alone. He was going to drag her further but she wouldn't keep quiet, "Stop!" so he turned to reel on her when he was greeted by the bubbly champagne as it splashed against his face and mask, into his hair and dripped off his chin. The alcohol burned as it ran into his eyes and he was forced to shut and attempt to rub them through the mask. He would have taken the damn mask off but he didn't know who was around and with his luck the council might be looking for him. But if that were the case they would have found him by now. Even still, the paranoia kept the mask on his face.
He felt his body shake with the rage he felt. It took every possible inch of him to keep from just grabbing her and snapping her neck right there in the museum's lobby. His hands moved up like he was going to reach for her neck but his fingers curled until he had two fists and then dropped them down at his sides. He wanted to hurt her. Make her pay for what she'd just done. Never had he been so humiliated in his entire life by a human woman. There was only thing he could do with his bottled up rage and that was to let it out. Only violence wasn't going to be the answer this time and he snatched up her arm just above her elbow this time and he wasn't gentle about it either.
Dragging the girl through the lobby he stayed near the wall, and with each door that they came to he would jiggle the doorknob only to find it locked. But he kept trying, getting further into the museum and the music growing more faint until he found a door that was unlocked. He opened it up and gave Alyson a shove into the room before he entered and shut the door behind them, pushing in the lock that was in the middle of the knob.
The room was dark but there were lights in the ceiling that remained on at all times. They were dim however and made it hard to see further than a foot in front of them, but from the looks of it they were in a storage closet. There were shelves with cleaning supplies and tools along with an assortment of other items that Sebastian could care less about. He grabbed Alyson and spun her around so he could pin her up against the door.
"I'm sick of this game.." Sebastian said in barely a whisper as one hand found itself on her throat while his fingers danced around her soft neck. He wasn't applying any pressure and the way he went about it was almost sensual. "I'm not playing anymore," he croaked just before his lips found their way onto hers. He expected her to fight him and if she didn't then there'd be a problem. "Don't." He breathed his demand and his hand moved up to the back of her head, his fingers getting lost in her straightened blonde hair.
He had every intention of just keeping her there, trapped between him and the door if he could. As long as she didn't scream he was sure he could get her to comply. His pelvis pushed into her left hip to pin her against the door while his lips broke away and he started to kiss down her jaw and her throat hungrily.

Alyson stood frozen in the wake of what she'd done. Oh my God, he's going to kill me... she thought, her jaw going a little slack as she stared in horror at the enraged Gargoyle in front of her. She gulped as she saw his fingers come up towards her neck and then winced away, her eyes shutting. "I'm sorry.." She croaked in her terror but either he didn't hear her or he didn't care, because his fist was wrapping around her arm and dragging her down the hall. Better her arm than her neck, though! "I'm sorry!" She tried again, but they music was growing fainter and he was still dragging her along. Why was he trying to get into a room! She felt her eyes moisten with tears, recalling the night they'd been shot at and how he'd slid his hand to her throat and nearly ended her life, or the night he'd thrown her out and how he'd slapped her so hard he'd left a bruise on her face. He promised not to strike her again, but she had a feeling he was intending to break the promise tonight!
Her heeled feet hardly kept up and when he found a room that was open, her heart sunk to her feet. This was it.. the last place she would ever be because there was no way she was coming out alive. "Sebastian, please.." she cried as he pushed her into the room, making her stumble a little, but she caught herself on a shelf and turned her head to look at him over her shoulder as he locked them inside.
The room was dimly lit and she could see it was a utility closet of sorts. She could hardly see his face in the darkened room but she didn't need to in order to tell how severely angry he was. He grabbed and spun her around and pinned her to the door. The girl panted in her fear, frozen as she stood there, her ragged breath and racing heart the only sounds she could hear. "Please.." She begged softly again, afraid to say more, afraid of giving him more of a reason to strike out against her.
"I'm sick of this game.." Her breath hitched as she stared throat the mask, his fingers curling around her neck, but not like they the night he tried to strangle her. His fingers were surprisingly soft and she gulped once more. "I'm not playing anymore," he croaked and his lips found hers, shocking her. She squirmed beneath him, though she wanted that kiss more than anything else, but he stopped her with a firm "Don't." as his fingers curled into her hair.
His pelvis pushed into her left hip, pinning her to the door as his frantic kisses went down her jaw to her throat. She gulped, her eyes shut as she let her head fall back against the door, focusing on the feel of his starving lips as they devoured her. She silently complied to his demand by leaning her head to the side, allowing him better access to her neck. She couldn't remember actually wanting him so bad, and her hip pushed against his in return, not in a way he would think she was trying to push him off, but so he knew she wanted to feel him there.
Alyson reached her hand up and pulled her mask off her face, tossing it onto the ground before doing the same to him. They were only getting in the way! Once they were out of the way she brought her hand to his face and pulled it up to meet hers once more, kissing him, truly kissing him for the first time. She wanted him.. badly. He tasted like champagne and it made her stomach squirm a little, wanting to laugh but knowing better. Her fingers moved to his shirt, fiddling with the buttons and trying to undress him. Would he let her? Was this it? She'd been starved for him for weeks and as afraid as she was of him, she was more upset with the thought of not getting what she wanted. She didn't have to tell him she wanted him to fuck her; it was clear with every move she made. All fear of him killing her left as she felt something hard press against where her pelvis was meeting his.
Oh, my...

He expected more of a fight out of her event though he did order her not to. He expected her to thrash and shove and push against him more but she was quite receptive of the starving affection he was giving.
When Alyson pushed her hip against his he took notice that it wasn't in a hostile way at all but more like she wanted him to keep her pressed there. And although she wasn't verbally telling him that she wanted him her body was doing a perfectly good job at it.
He heard her mask hitting the ground and then her fingers prying his off of his face. The mask had been warm and when it was no longer on his face he felt the cool air hitting his cheeks and forehead, cooling him down some. He was still in a rage at the fact that she'd thrown a drink in his face and given him such a hard time, he wanted to beat her badly. But he'd given her his word that he wouldn't hurt her anymore, so what else was there to do than to take his anger out in the form of his lust and desires for her.
Her hands were on Sebastian's face, forcing him to abandon her bare shoulders and come back to her mouth, where his tongue parted her lips so he could taste the inside of her mouth. It was warm with the taste of the bitterly sweet alcohol. Her mouth seemed to meet his with the same neediness and desire, as if she'd never actually kissed him before this very moment. Everything else was her giving in but this time it felt like she was the one who truly wanted it. There were no bargains on the table.
He felt his shirt opening and decided to help her by yanking at the knot of his tie, pulling at an angle to loosen it up. It had begun to feel a little claustrophobic with the tie around his neck. Hell, clothes were feeling claustrophobic in that moment and all he wanted to do was get her out of that dress. The breaths he took began to get deeper and louder, hitched by the need and arousal he felt from the girl. When his shirt was unbuttoned he pulled tore his mouth away from hers just long enough so he could hastily get his coat and shirt off along with the tie and tossing them to the ground in a heap leaving him bare chested.
"My turn," he breathed out and grabbed at her wrists and pulled them up over her head where he pushed them against the wooden door, keeping them in place with his left hand while his right moved around her back. His fingers fumbled around in the fabric of the dress until he found the little hook and zipper, unlatching the hook and gliding the zipper down the length of her back while his mouth was busy servicing her neck. He grazed his teeth across the fresh skin and wrapped his lips around it and sucked on it enough to make her squirm he hoped, but not enough to leave any marks. He was smarter than that. And he found Alyson was right, the dress was heavy since it dropped like dead weight once it was unzipped.

Alyson squirmed a little as his tongue invaded her mouth. meeting his gusto with her own but even as she did she couldn't help that nagging feeling inside that it was still wrong. He would lose interest, this was what he wanted, and she was giving in so easily. She wasn't even giving in, she was encourage...begging even. Her mouth pressed forward into his as he aided in undressing himself. When he moved away enough to take his jacket, shirt and tie off she took in a sharp breath watching him. She was terrified of him, but she adored him as well and she wanted to both bend over and let him have his way and shove him away and tell him to get lost. It was so conflicting and she wished she could just turn it off, but she couldn't.
"My turn," She felt her heart race faster at those two little words. His turn? Her breathing peaked, becoming more ragged as his lips found her neck and his hands found her wrists, pinning them up over her head. Alyson stared into the dimly lit room, squirming under his assault on her. She moaned lightly, and when she felt his fingers pull her zipper down she let out a loud, audible gasp feeling the soft, heavy material crumple in a heap around her feet. She was completely exposed now, wearing a matching black and white lacy set from Victoria's Secret that they had shopped for together.
The girl shut her eyes, pursing her lips and fidgeting again as his teeth on her neck made her stomach squirm delightfully. She found herself pressing her legs tight together now having second thoughts which would only drive him more nuts.
"Not here.." She suddenly pleaded, suddenly becoming gun shy. It was hot, and she wanted him, but she knew that was partially the booze and the excitement of having him so angry with her. It was all an adrenaline rush and she didn't want to regret this, and she felt she might. He wouldn't want her again. This was it, her one single chance to have him and she didn't want it wasted in some utility closet at the museum. She tugged at her hands but his hold was strong, and though physically her body ached for him, her mind was reluctant to give in. He could leave after and never see her again, which made her want to cry. She loathed him but God did she want him to stick around. She loved to loathe him!
"Please.. Take me to the hotel. I'll... we can..." She moaned as his teeth grazed her neck, making her hip jut away from the door and towards him once more. Fuck, why was it so hard to deny him? She was anxious, though, knowing he couldn't just throw her out afterwards. She could stay the night with him if they did it at the hotel, though, and leave in the morning and come back if she wished. It would be harder to ditch her then. She tugged at her wrists, though her attempt was halfhearted, as if her subconscious was on Sebastian's side. And in many ways, it was.

Sebastian was getting ready to dig his fingers underneath Alyson's bra to unhook it when he heard her, "Not here.." Not here? He couldn't stop now, he was all riled up and he wanted her. He wanted to touch her all over, run his fingers all over every crevice of her body. He wanted her to touch him. He froze though, waiting for her to say something else or push him away. He didn't know if he had to strength to stop himself.
"Please.. Take me to the hotel. I'll... we can..." What was wrong with where they were? They were already halfway naked and his body was ready to go. But she didn't want it to be there. And if he agreed and they went to the hotel, what then? Would she make up another excuse? He pressed his forehead against her shoulder while his eyes slid shut, trying to get his breathing to calm down and even out. He'd told her from the beginning that he'd never have sex with her against her will, but in that moment he wanted to. He wanted to just cover her damn mouth and have his way with her.
He let go of her arms and reluctantly he pulled himself away and turned his back to her. Sebastian didn't know what to say to her so he just remained silent. He was angry and he wanted to get his rocks off but once again he was going to be left with tight pants and disappointment. He bent down and picked up his white button up shirt and threw his arms through. He undid the button on his pants, his back still to the girl, and buttoned his shirt and tucked it into his pants. He reached into his pants and had to readjust himself and hoped that he'd grow flaccid soon then fastened his pants once more and then bent down for the tie.
"The limo will take you home." He finally said. What was there to say to the girl? She'd turned him down again. He didn't want to go back to the hotel just to be let down twice in one night. She had no intention of sleeping with him, she'd told him herself. She wanted to keep him around until she was done with him. He'd been the one who was gullible enough to tell her about himself. It was a mistake he wasn't going to make a second time.
Once his tie and jacket were back on he turned and scooped up his mask, placing it on his face where it belonged, adjusting it a little and then looking at her for the first time. At least with the mask it would hide how upset he was that he'd been rejected once more. Sure, she asked if they could go back to the hotel room and was insinuating that they'd pick up where they left off. But he didn't trust she'd uphold her end of that. So he stood there and made it very clear that the only thing he was waiting for was for her to move out of the way so he could leave the supply closet. It was time to hit the bar again. It was going to be a miserable night.

His kisses stopped at her plea and there was a part of her deep down that was furious, screaming for him to continue despite her idiot words, but Alyson didn't want this game to end so quickly. She also wasn't foolish enough to think she could string him along for much longer. He would grow tired of this little game of cat and mouse sooner rather than later. She wanted to apologize, grab his face and kiss him again but he was turning away and her heart throbbed. Would they go back to the hotel? If they did she knew she couldn't put it off any longer. She didn't want to.
He was getting dressed and Alyson stood there watching, her own body still so exposed. She watched him dress silently, not picking her own dress up just yet, a part of her still fighting inside to stop him from dressing himself. He'll leave you as soon as it's over Her mind reminded and in her buzzed state she agreed. Could he wait until the hotel? He seemed pissed again. In fact, he didn't seem like he had every really calmed down.
"The limo will take you home." He finally said and she felt her heart sink. Was he really done with her? Her brows furrowed as she stood unmoved there at the door watching him finish dressing. Why hadn't she just stopped him from dressing like she'd stopped him from having his way with her?
"I don't want to go home." She said firmly though her voice quivered slightly with the emotion she felt. She didn't want to be that fucking girl she'd become; the girl who wanted all and nothing at the same time, but she had slowly become her. She couldn't have it both ways though. "If the limo's taking me home I want you to come with me." She bit her lip and furrowed her brows, not wanting him at her own house. He would just leave out the window when he was done and if that was the case she could just put out there in the closet.
Her dress still laid in a heap at her feet, afraid to put it back on. "If you're just going to send me off then we might as well do this now.. otherwise.." Her eyes went up to his through his mask. She didn't know where she was even going with that, but her body leaned against the door at the shoulders, her hips jutting out towards him slightly, blocking his exit while her hand slid over her stomach anxiously. "No more challenges.. if you want me you can have me." She told him, her cheeks turning to fire as she looked away from him, embarrassed with her next words.
"And if you think I don't want it also, then you're a fucking idiot."

"I don't want to go home." She was going to make this difficult, wasn't she? Women always found ways to complicate the simplest things. He wanted to spend time with her, to enjoy her company, to dance and drink until the night came to an end. But then they had to fight. "If the limo's taking me home I want you to come with me." It was like she wanted him just as much as he wanted her but it was the location that was the problem.
"If you're just going to send me off then we might as well do this now.. otherwise.." He watched her push her shoulders against the door and the way her hands moved over her stomach, it was like she was trying to bait him. To pull him back in. "No more challenges.. if you want me you can have me." He could see that she was trying to make sure he stayed. Did she think he was just going to run off and that she wouldn't see him again? He couldn't say he didn't think about it.
"And if you think I don't want it also, then you're a fucking idiot."
The conflicted feelings Sebastian had were revealed by his face. Even with the mask on his eyes shifted and the corners of his mouth creased down into a bit of a frown. He could have her, and he could have her right now. But Sebastian knew that this wasn't what Aly wanted and he had a feeling she both wanted and dreaded it. He knew he didn't help the cause with what he'd said earlier about once he won a challenge he'd move on.
Finally, Sebastian decided he had to either act or speak. He'd already gotten dressed and wasn't about to take his clothes off again, at least not there. And the mood had been ruined by her stopping him. The adrenaline that had kept him pumped and excited had dissipated leaving him moody and in need of all the alcohol he could consume.
"I think you're just a scared little girl who doesn't know what you want. And for some fucked up reason you like to keep me around just as much as I like to have you around." He stepped closer and palmed the door next to her head and leaned closer. "This tango keeps putting us back in the same spot every time. You want it but it's never the right time or the right place. You don't want it because you're afraid of what that will mean, how you'll feel about yourself, what I'll do. Make up your mind, because I'm not going to stick around if this is what's always going to happen."

Alyson was just able to make out the frown on his face in the dark room and it made her gulp. What was he going to do? What would he do now that she'd admitted it? Isn't that what he wanted? Her to admit it? No. He wanted her to put out and stop being half in and half out.
"I think you're just a scared little girl who doesn't know what you want. And for some fucked up reason you like to keep me around just as much as I like to have you around." He finally said and she felt her throat constrict with the accuracy of his statement. He stepped closer and she watched his hand come up near her face, gulping as she gazed wide eyed into his own cold orbs. He was right.. she hated to admit it but he was right, and she felt her heart swell just a little thinking how he liked having her around. She wanted him to like having her around despite how annoyed he became with her and vice versa.
"This tango keeps putting us back in the same spot every time. You want it but it's never the right time or the right place. You don't want it because you're afraid of what that will mean, how you'll feel about yourself, what I'll do. Make up your mind, because I'm not going to stick around if this is what's always going to happen."
She bit her lip. did that mean he was going to stick around? "I..." She gulped and then licked her lips, chewing on the bottom one after. Her eyes traveled down away from his as she shifted uneasily against the door. He had completely called her out and she had no idea how to even respond without sounding like such a child, but she knew he was right. She almost wished she had just let him have his way with her.
"What will you do after?" She asked meekly, her eyes rising a little but not to meet his. She gazed at his lapel and reached up for it, tugging at it lightly with her fingers and frowning a little now. "After we do it.. is that it? is it all just over then, or.." Alyson sighed and dropped her hand, her head turning to the side as she swallowed the tears that threatened. She didn't want to cry in front of him like that. Ever. She took a couple of deep breaths to try and keep herself collected. Her eyes slid shut and she gulped again. "I just don't want to feel used. If you're just going to fuck me and walk away then.. I don't know. I don't even know... I just.,.. I hate how fucking much I want you. It's sick... I'm not supposed to it's just..." She knew he would probably roll his eyes at her and make her feel stupid again. Her sad eyes turned back to his. "What do you want..? How do you want this to end tonight? Whatever you want, I..." She shifted again showing how uneasy she felt saying all of this. "I won't stop you." She twitched, rolling her shoulder a little. "I don't want to.." Alyson reached her hand to his pants and hooked her pointer inside is waistband, tugging down lightly making it clear she could go anyway he wanted her to.
